Once the Perforated Base insulation Pin is fixed with either pin adhesive or fastener, the insulation can be pierced onto the pin. Once pierced, the insulation will be held in place with the use of a self locking washer. Self locking washers come in many shapes and sizes for various applications.

Applications Of Galvanized Steel Perforated Base Insulation Pin & Clip For Installing Rock Wool Insulation:

	1. Wipe surface clean Perforated Base Insulation Pin must be applied to a clean, dry, non-painted surface.
	2. Apply adhesive to the bottom of the perforated base insulation pin Spread adhesive onto the perforated base with a putty knife.
	3. Immediately stick the insulation pin in place. Press the pins into position with a twisting motion to assure an even spread of adhesive. The adhesive should protrude through the performation & beyond the edges of base.
	4. Install Insulation Note: allow adhesive to dry thoroughly before hanging insulation, usually 24-72 hours.
	5. Secure with clips Secure insulation in place with a self-locking insulation clip and then bend over or clip off the pins.
