3. Working Principle

  1. Sealed Feeding and Vacuum Pumping
    Precious metal raw materials are placed into the crucible, and the chamber is fully sealed and evacuated to reach the required vacuum level before heating.
  2. Induction Melting Under Vacuum
    The high-frequency induction heating system rapidly melts the raw materials under vacuum atmosphere, forming a homogeneous molten pool with minimal oxidation.
  3. Down-Draw Continuous Forming
    Molten metal flows into the water-cooled crystallizer under gravity. The servo traction system pulls the solidified blank downward at a controlled speed, realizing continuous one-step forming.
  4. Discharge and Downstream Connection
    The continuously cast profiles are discharged at a fixed height and can be directly connected with rolling mills, wire drawing machines, cutting machines and other downstream equipment.
