General Information:
The SXDJ AC Motor Performance Testing Equipment conforms to GB/T755-2019, GB/T14711-2013, GB/25442-2010 and other relevant national standards.
According to the technical requirements and Party A's actual test motor type, capacity, test project, this test bench is designed for Party A non-standard, in line with the standard use requirements.
The test bench is designed based on the principles of safety, reliability, economy, practicality, ease of operation and scalability, and adopts advanced technology to complete more complicated test functions.
The test bench can complete the test function of high and low voltage three-phase asynchronous motor and DC motor.

This motor test system delivers comprehensive, high-precision evaluation for motors up to 300kW (110V/240V/415V). It seamlessly performs a full suite of tests—including no-load (loss & voltage imbalance), winding resistance, turn-to-turn and power frequency withstand, and insulation resistance—with all results clearly displayed and printable.

Driven by a high-performance MCU and advanced algorithms, it utilizes high-speed A/D conversion and precision signal conditioning to ensure exceptional reliability and accuracy. Operation is intuitive via a fully English interface with guided menus, supporting both PLC automation and manual control for effortless step-by-step testing.
