The Transformer Capacity and Characteristic Tester is a high-precision, intelligent testing instrument specifically designed for the performance detection and capacity verification of power transformers. It integrates multiple testing functions, enabling comprehensive measurements of key parameters such as transformer capacity, load loss, no-load loss, no-load current, and transformation ratio

  • Comprehensive Testing Functions: It can complete multiple tests including transformer capacity verification, no-load test, load test, transformation ratio test, and insulation resistance test in one operation, eliminating the need for multiple sets of equipment and improving testing efficiency.
  • High Testing Precision: Adopts high-speed 32-bit ARM microprocessor and 16-bit high-resolution A/D converter, combined with advanced digital filtering and error correction algorithms, ensuring accurate measurement results even in complex electromagnetic environments.
  • Intelligent Operation: Equipped with a large-color touch screen and an intuitive human-machine interface, supporting one-key test start and automatic data processing. It can automatically calculate test results, generate test reports, and save data for easy query and management.
  • Wide Application Range: Suitable for testing oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, distribution transformers, power transformers, and other types of transformers with voltage levels up to 110kV and capacity ranging from 10kVA to 20000kVA.
  • Portable and Convenient: Compact structure, light weight, and equipped with a durable carrying case, making it easy to carry and suitable for on-site testing in various harsh environments. The built-in high-capacity lithium battery ensures long-term continuous operation without external power supply.
  • Reliable Safety Protection: Integrates multiple safety protection functions such as overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, and electric shock protection, effectively ensuring the safety of operators and equipment during testing.
  • Data Management and Communication: Supports USB, RS232, and Ethernet communication interfaces, enabling seamless connection with computers and printers. Test data can be exported to Excel format, and test reports can be printed on-site, facilitating data archiving and analysis.
