BWC500 - 500 m³/day High-Efficiency Containerized BWRO System

The BWC500 Containerized Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) System is a high-efficiency desalination solution designed for large-scale water production with minimum energy consumption.

Installed in a standard 40-ft container, the BWC500 delivers a rated production capacity of 500 m³/day (22 m³/h) while achieving an industry-leading low energy consumption of only 1.04 kWh/m³.

The system is equipped with 25 units of 8-inch RO membranes, a high-pressure pump designed for continuous-duty operation, and advanced corrosion-resistant materials including duplex stainless steel and UPVC. These features ensure stable performance, long service life, and reliable operation under demanding water conditions.

With a fully automated PLC control system and HMI touchscreen interface, the BWC500 enables real-time monitoring, intelligent diagnostics, and remote operation, making it an ideal solution for critical water infrastructure projects.
