Rebeads Double Mag Beads Plasmid DNA Extraction Kit leverages the principle that DNA binds to silica-coated magnetic beads (Magbeads) under high-salt conditions and elutes under low-salt conditions. Through a dual-bead strategy—Impurity Removal Beads eliminate contaminants like proteins, while Nucleic Acid Adsorption Beads specifically capture DNA—paired with an optimized buffer system, this kit enables high-efficiency isolation and purification of plasmid DNA.

The Kit is designed for extracting diverse plasmid DNA types in both research and industrial-scale. The purified DNA is ready for direct use in molecular biology experiments such as sequencing, enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, and library screening, meeting the needs of scientific research and industrial-grade sample processing.
