【Intended Use】

This product is designed for extracting genomic DNA from 0.1-0.2mL blood or viral genomic DNA from plasma/serum. The extracted genomic DNA could be used for research or in vitro diagnostic.

【Detection Principle】

DNA binds to the surface of Magbeads coated with silicon in high-salted conditions. Then the impurities such as proteins could be removed by multiple washes. In low-salted conditions, DNA is eluted with high purity.
