Application case:
1. Extraction of Paraffin-Embedded Tissue in Breast Cancer Research
Fig Animal Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction (Samples consisted of 2-3 mg paraffin blocks of breast tissue in an elution volume of 100 µL)
Precaution:
1.Magnetic beads should not be frozen, and the magnetic bead suspension must be thoroughly mixed before use;
2.If using RNase A, store it at temperatures below 4°C;
3.Before each use, check for any precipitated components. If any are found, re-dissolve them at 60°C;
4. Before initial use, add the specified amount of absolute ethanol as indicated in the label instructions for the wash solution.
