The oligo (dT) group on Magnetic Beads’ surface could easily bind with polyadenylated RNA (poly-A + RNA) in standard hybridization conditions, while other RNA species (such as rRNA and tRNA) not due to the absence of poly A + sequences. The purified mRNA can be used directly for cloning and expression analysis applications.
