【Intended Use】

This product is designed for the recovery of DNA from agarose gels. It enables the simple and efficient retrieval of DNA fragments larger than 100bp from agarose gels. The purified DNA obtained using this kit can be directly utilized in downstream molecular experiments such as sequencing, PCR templates, and enzymatic digestion.

【Detection Principle】

DNA selectively binds to the surface of Magbeads under specific conditions. Through multiple washes, impurities such as gel and proteins are effectively removed. Subsequently, under low-salt conditions, the DNA is eluted, resulting in a high-purity DNA product.
