【Intended Use】

This product is designed for simply and efficiently recovering DNA fragments larger than 100bp in agarose gel. The recovered DNA can be directly utilized in downstream experiments such as sequencing, PCR templates, and enzymatic digestion.

【Principle of Detection】

DNA selectively binds to the surface of Magbeads in specific conditions. Then the impurities such as gel and proteins are effectively removed through multiple washes. Subsequently, in low-salt conditions, the DNA is eluted in high-purity.
