【Storage Conditions and Shelf Life】

【Self-Provided Reagents and Equipment】

  1. Self-Provided Reagents: 80% Ethanol; Elution Buffer: 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) or sterile water.
  2. Self-Provided Equipment: Nucleic acid extraction instrument, centrifuge tubes or deep well plates, vortex mixer, pipettor, constant temperature shaker, etc.

【Precautions】

  1. This reagent is magnetic bead suspension, strictly prohibited from freezing and centrifugation. It must be thoroughly vortexed before first use.
  2. It is recommended to have a sample volume of at least 100μL to reduce sampling errors; if the sample volume is less than 100μL, it can be supplemented with water.
  3. The magnetic beads should be taken out half an hour in advance and balanced to room temperature before use.
  4. Do not overdry the magnetic beads, as it may reduce the elution efficiency.
