used for furniture, it is free foam type. one extruder with T die is ok.
used for construction, it is surface co-extruded with pure PVC no foam, so surface is more stronger than free foam type, it is good used for concrete formworkers.
free foam & surfacce co-extruder (also called skinning foam ) is there one more extruder and division connection part for die. others are same. so it means you invest an skinning foam board line, it also can produce free foam type board.

usually foam board size 4' wide, 8' length, 5-25mm thickness, also some client want MAX to 35mm, or 40mm thickness, it is ok to be manufactured.
