Products Description
1. PSD-45 3D printer filament extrusion line is suitable for the production different materials, such as PLA, ABS, PETG, PA, PC, WPC, PEEK, PAEK, PEKK, PEI, PPS and so on.
2. The machine can be heated up to Max. 400 ° C, suitable for the vast majority of 3D printing materials.
3. The extrusion line is controlled by PLC and PID control, the tolerance can be controlled within ±0.03mm.
4. The specially designed cooling system ensures even shrinkage of the filament during high speed production.
5. The extrusion line is equipped with two-way laser caliper with data feedback.
6. The winder is controlled by servo motor and PLC .
