STC-110ton H type punching machine - This 110-ton open double point crank punching machine meets Japanese JIS 1 class standards, ensuring safety, energy saving, stability, automation, and high precision.

  • High-strength fuselage structure with minimal deformation and high precision
  • OMPI pneumatic dry clutch brake system
  • Slider utilizes 2-corner and 6-sided guide configuration
  • Slider guide features high-frequency quenching and rail grinding process for minimal wear and extended service life
  • Crankshaft manufactured from high-strength alloy 42CrMo (1.3 times stronger than 45 steel)
  • Copper sleeve made of tin phosphor bronze ZQSn10-1 (1.5 times stronger than ordinary BC6 brass)
  • Highly sensitive hydraulic overload protection device for press and die longevity
