Wide Clear Span & Column-Free Interior
1. Single span up to 20–48m with minimal internal columns. Eave height ranges from 6m to 16m. The spacious layout easily accommodates large saccharification tanks, conical fermenters, bright beer tanks and automated filling lines, leaving flexibility for production line rearrangement and capacity expansion.
2. Heavy-load Structural Design for Brewing Process
The structure can bear concentrated loads from fermentation vessels. Crane beams can be reserved to support 5–20t overhead cranes for tank installation and maintenance. Engineers conduct targeted calculations in accordance with local wind load, snow load and seismic requirements to meet industrial safety standards for food factories.
3. Anti-corrosion & Moisture-resistant for Humid Working Environment
Beer workshops feature frequent water washing and high ambient humidity. Main steel members adopt Q355B / S355JR steel with Sa2.5 shot blasting treatment and epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating. Hot-dip galvanized components are optional for areas exposed to persistent moisture to slow corrosion.
4. Optimized Ventilation, Daylighting & Thermal Control
Roof ventilators and FRP daylighting panels can be installed to discharge steam generated during mashing process efficiently. Insulated PU or rock wool sandwich panels are available for temperature control, creating stable working conditions for fermentation and filling procedures.
5. Quick Fabrication & On-site Erection
All components are prefabricated in factory. On-site assembly mainly relies on bolts, which greatly shortens construction cycle and reduces site disturbance. Steel structure is recyclable and eco-friendly.

The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.
Erection
Upon customer request, we could send our engineer to guide the installation, or a small team to install at the same time, teaching local workers to install, or enough workers to install all the goods by ourselves. It depends on whether the cost is economic.
