Our pre-engineered steel logistics warehouse adopts PEB rigid frame steel structure, specially designed for global logistics parks, port transit yards, cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses and distribution centers. All steel components are prefabricated and precisely processed in factory with CNC cutting and drilling. On-site installation only requires bolt connection without extensive welding work, which greatly shortens construction period and lowers local labor demands.
The building achieves large clear span without intermediate columns, offering flexible interior layout for storage racks, forklifts, sorting zones and automated logistics equipment. We customize structural systems strictly based on local wind load, snow load, seismic grade and climate conditions. Hot-dip galvanizing and high-performance paint coating are optional to resist salt fog, humidity, sandstorm and corrosion for coastal, desert and rainy regions. Rock wool / PU sandwich panels are available for thermal insulation, waterproofing and noise reduction.
We provide one-stop complete packages including main steel frames, purlins, roof & wall panels, gutters, downpipes, overhead rolling doors, skylights, ventilators and all connecting fasteners. All products pass ISO9001 and CE certification. Material test certificates, structural calculation reports and bilingual construction drawings are supplied for local planning approval.
Modular design supports later expansion, disassembly and reuse. Standardized component packing fits sea container transportation to control logistics costs. We offer 7/24 online technical support and optional on-site engineer guidance to guarantee smooth construction for overseas projects.
