Vertical Injection Molding Machine For Precision Plastic Parts

1. Description:

The revolutionary Platen Lift System design shortens clamping time. It reduces the strain on the toggle, allowing for a longer lifespan.
In contrast to Hydraulic Clamping, our Toggle Clamping design enables high-speed and smooth clamping while requiring low-pressure clamping.
High-pressure and high-speed injection are possible with dual injection cylinders.
The injection unite's unique design allows the hydraulic charging motor to rotate 180 degrees from its original position, allowing for simple material tube replacement.
The robust injection construction maintains the injection union stable while the hydraulic motor is charging.
A slide table or revolving table is available as an option for better safety and productivity.
