1. Description:


1. A vertical direct hydraulic clamping system designed specifically for insert molding is intended for precise, secure operation.
2. With a double sliding table or rotational design, you can remove items while also finishing molding. This improves manufacturing safety and efficiency while cutting costs.
3.Low-pressure mold clamping, heavy-duty tie-bars, and a high precision mold platen (Parralelism/flatness: 0.01/100mm) all help to extend machine and mold life.
4.Nitride and NIP/nitroflon-coated screws and barrels are long-lasting, strong, and resistant to acid and alkali.
