Vertical Injection Molding Machines For Precision Component

1. Description:

The innovative Platen Lift System design reduces clamping time. It lessens the strain of the toggle, allowing for an increase in lifetime.
Our Toggle Clamping design achieves high-speed and smooth clamping while also requiring low-pressure clamping, which differs from Hydraulic Clamping.
Dual injection cylinders enable high-pressure and high-speed injection.
The injection unite's unusual design allows the hydraulic charging motor to move 180 degrees from its original position, making it easy to change the material tube.
When the hydraulic motor is charging, the powerful injection structure keeps the injection union stable.
Optional slide table or rotating table for increased safety and productivity.
