6 blades model,blue color.Standard specification is 380V,50Hz.If you need other voltage or 60Hz motor,tell us advance.Standard is for making 3 layers,if you need more layer glue unit and paper reel bracket,tell us advance.Stable speed,for 6mm straws,30~40m/min. Max speed is not stable working speed.6 blade model is for making 6~12mm straws.If 5mm,need special 5-blade model.Also includ the different Units.

1.Multi-blade Cutting System and Spiral Rolling Mechanism

Adopted man-machine control interface,touch screen parameters setting,easy for operating
Controlled by encoder,driven by servomotor,automatic and high efficiency.
Rolling by belt and tension device adjusted by handle wheel.
Select and use famous brand suppliers for motor and electrical equipment.

2.Glue Unit

Choose gluing single side or double sides.Automatically lift up and drop off.The drinking straws are glued evenly and sticked firmly.Synchronous sensor for interruption protection.

3.Paper Reel Bracket

The paper roller can be easily installed on the T-bar and rotate flexibly.According to the requirement of paper layers,you can put 2~5 paper rollers.New design of constant tension rewinding roller shaft for better winding effect.

4.Conveyor & Straw Collector

Pick up the straws automatically and row them tidily at the container.Speed controllable.

Q7.How about the machine installation and training?
A:1)We provide training in our factory for free;2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
Q12.Do you accept factory visiting?
A:Warmly welcome for your visiting.
