Paper Roll Holder

There is a certain width of the paper roll,will produce uneven paper thickness,vertical and horizontal scalability is not the same.The use of floating rollers can eliminate the uncertainty of the paper,and the tension control simultaneously adopts a constant tension on the paper roll to control the flexibility of the paper.Different tension sizes can be set for paper rolls with different properties.

Paper Roll Rack

1.The paper scroll to move to adjust the relative position of each layer of paper edge.
2.The adjustment of the length of the tension belt is mainly adjusted when the size of the paper roll is different.

Correction Mechanism

According to the requirements of paper bag structure size,the specific position of each layer of paper on the correction roll,in order to make the paper move within a certain range on the correction roll,and do not run off the mechanism,the main purpose is to prepare for the post-sequence process of the paper bag,to achieve the accurate requirements of step cutting or straight cutting,horizontal dispensing,gluing,forming,which is indispensable.

Auxiliary Traction Mechanism

According to the different structure and function of the paper bag,in order to be able to use the full customer, according to the permeability of different paper,punch holes in different positions,The puncture of the printed layer paper is opposite to the puncture of the inner three layers.The auxiliary traction can reduce the tensile property of the paper,so that the surface and structure quality of the paper bag is better and more beautiful.

Step Cutting Mechanism

1.Each layer of paper step cut shape is different
2.Step knives are M-shaped knives and A-shaped knives
3.The relative distance between the knife and the slot is 7mm
4.The printing layer of the bag barrel is equipped with a swing roller device when the step cutting is performed
5.Cutter speed can be adjusted at different cutting lengths

Horizontal Glue-Spotting Mechanism

1.Horizontal glue-spotting peppers both sides of terraced cutting mouth.
2.Glueamount can be adjusted by changing glue-adding roller’s offset.
3.The Pressure between glue-spotting roller and paper is adjustable.

Gluing Mechanism

1.The gluing mechanism is mainly to apply glue to the edge of each layer of paper,and reserve a certain distance before and after the step incision without gluing,and the size of the gluing amount can be adjusted online.According to the bonding strength of the glue.
2.According to the width of the paper roll to adjust the different positions of the rubber pulley.
3.Adjust the overlapping size of each layer of paper step cutting position.

Shaping Mechanism

Paper bag in the forming process with the flexible deformation of the paper under the law, the forming frame has become the basic data of this process,the paper bag surface and internal quality is determined by the forming frame,the paper bag each layer of the close degree,side to side paste strength is closely related to this.

Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.
If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
