PRY-660T buckle folder(6 buckles and independent knife):the paper achieve a 6 time parallel folding through the use of 6 buckles,and the independent knife can carry out the cross fold,the folder is also capable of half folding,double parallel folding,roll folding and other folding methods.

Configuration
Feeder System
The feeder system is composed of a fan and a feeder head.the fan has two air outlets:one suction and one blower,the wind is regulated by an air valve.and there are two air filters on the fan side,just opening the air filter once a week for cleaning ensures the paper remains clean.
Conveying System
The conveyor system uses a rotating shaft to drive the belt to transport the paper,there is a row of paper balls placed above each conveyor belt,and these will press on the paper to ensure the paper remains smoth on the conveyor belt.
Folding System
The folding and forming system is mainly composed of a folding buckle and a gluing roller to achieve a certain folding effect.it
is the detecting sensors who detects the paper and control the electronic knife to fold.
Paper Stacking System
The delivery tray receives the folded paper through the conveyor belt and stacks the paper neatly and orderly.
Independent Knife
32P independent knife is expecially fit for the 660T folding machine to realize the cross fold.

Q7.How about the machine installation and training?
A:1)We provide training in our factory for free; 2)We can send technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and training.You shall pay the round trip air fare and accommodations,plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8.Do you have machines in stock?
A:For standard model,we have a large quantity in stock.For special model,we need 20-30 days to produce it for you.
Q9.How can you assure the machines’ quality?
A:Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality.And during the warranty,we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10.Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A:Of course we do.We have QC department to debug the machine before packing.If you want to use specific material to do the test running,you need to pay for the cost of the material.
Q11.What’s the payment term?
A:T/T 30% in advance,the balance shall be paid before delivery.We also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
Q12.Do you accept factory visiting?
A:Warmly welcome for your visiting.
