CPC05GFC Pressure Sensor For HVAC Equipment Data Storage Process Control Industrial Machinery

  • Product Features:
    The sensor adopts a design with four piezoresistors embedded under the surface of a thin chemically - etched silicon diaphragm. The change in pressure will cause the diaphragm and the built - in resistors to deform, and the resistance value will change proportionally to the stress, thus generating an electrical output. It has the characteristics of high precision and good linearity, with a typical linearity and hysteresis accuracy of 0.25%.
  • Application Fields:
    It can be used in dialysis equipment, blood analysis, oxygen and nitrogen distribution, HVAC equipment, data storage, process control, industrial machinery, pumps, and robot control.
