26PC05SMT Differential Pressure Sensor For Medical Industry Spirometers

Working Principle:

Adopts a piezoresistive micro-machined sensing element containing four active piezoresistors forming a Wheatstone bridge. When pressure is applied, the resistance changes, and the sensor provides a millivolt output signal proportional to the input pressure.
