The Fuel Consumption Optimization System for Industrial Calcination Rotary Kilns is an intelligent thermotechnical solution specifically engineered for the metallurgical, building materials, and chemical industries. By integrating high-efficiency combustion technologies with waste heat recovery mechanisms, the system significantly reduces fuel consumption per unit of production capacity. 3.Working Principle Calcination Rotary Kiln
The system utilizes all-digital PID temperature control and infrared pyrometry in a closed-loop configuration. By precisely regulating the kiln head combustion temperature (1,200–1,400°C), it ensures complete fuel combustion and minimizes thermal loss.
A preheater located at the kiln tail reduces exhaust gas temperatures from 1,000°C to below 200°C. The recovered thermal energy is repurposed for raw material drying and pre-decomposition, drastically lowering primary fuel demand.
Based on material characteristics and specific calcination stages, the system intelligently adjusts aeration volume and wind speed to optimize both combustion efficiency and material fluidity.
Supports both mechanical agitation and pneumatic aeration modes, allowing the equipment to adapt to diverse material calcination requirements and increasing overall system versatility.
