Screw Washer
1.Product Introduction
Screw Washer, typically referring to screw-washer assemblies or combination screws with integrated washers, is a fastener that pre-assembles a screw and washer into a single unit. The washer is usually a flat washer, spring washer, or serrated washer, made from materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, or copper, and can undergo various surface treatments including zinc plating or nickel plating. This product line is designed to streamline assembly processes, ensure proper pairing of washers with screws, and deliver consistent preload and anti-loosening performance.

3.Working Principle
The operating principle of a screw washer is based on its mechanical structure. The screw portion generates axial force through rotation, penetrating or screwing into the connected components. Pre-assembled washers (such as flat washers) positioned between the screw head and the surface of the connected component serve to distribute pressure and protect the surface. Spring washers or serrated washers, when tightened, utilize their elastic deformation or serrated locking structure to generate sustained radial tension or frictional resistance. This counteracts the loss of preload caused by factors like vibration and thermal expansion, thereby achieving a locking function.
