Product Performance

• Ultra‑miniature Compact Form: Outer diameter only Φ13 mm, compact size well‑suited for tiny integrated optical systems with strict space constraints.
• Small‑range Precise Aperture Control: Adjustable aperture ranging from Φ0.8 mm to Φ6 mm, enables fine tuning for tiny‑diameter light beams, ideal for micro‑optics applications.
• Optimized 8‑blade Assembly: 8 pieces of stainless‑steel blades deliver round aperture shape during adjustment, guaranteeing good spot uniformity.
• Robust Material Design: Stainless‑steel blades cooperate with aluminum‑alloy housing, featuring reliable wear‑resistance and structural stability for long‑term running of miniature optical instruments.
• Easy Integration: Mini outer dimension supports convenient embedding and installation into compact optical modules.

• Optical Instruments: Suitable for use in microscopes, telescopes, and other optical devices requiring precise light control.

• Imaging Systems: Ideal for cameras, projectors, and other imaging equipment where aperture adjustment is crucial.

• Industrial & Scientific Applications: Useful in laser systems, optical sensors, and other scientific instruments for beam shaping and light regulation.

• Biomedical Fluorescence Imaging Modules: Delivers continuous luminous flux adjustment for compact fluorescence detection equipment, suppressing stray light and enhancing fluorescence signal contrast.
