GYXTC8Y GYFXTC8Y Self Supporting Aerial Fiber Optic Cable

GYXTC8Y cable is for tough outdoor use. It provides robust aerial applications. Central member increases strength greatly. Inside, a loose tube holds fibers. Water-blocking material creates secure protection. So, you gain increased moisture resistance. Corrugated steel tape provides radial strength. Finally, a black PE jacket covers all. Cables have 125.0±0.1µm fiber cladding. Fiber diameter measures 242±7 µm.

The fiber features a figure-8 shape. You can locate the support easily. Diameter is (8.0 ±0.20mm) (15.0 ±0.20mm). Stranded wire is 1.0mm7 strands. PBT tube thickness is 0.3±0.05mm. Also, tube diameter is 2.5±0.1 um. Steel tape is 0.15±0.015 thick. Corrugated steel measures 0.4 ±0.015. Outer covering provides great UV protection.
