GYFTY fiber optic cable is a non-metallic cable used for power transmission systems, excessive thunder areas, and high
electromagnetic interface. The cable tubes, which are filled with filling compounds, are stranded around the FRP strength member.
Then the aramid yarn is applied over waterproof material, the cable is completed with a PE sheath. GYFTY cables are available
from 2 core to 144 core. It is used in high-voltage areas for long-distance aerial or duct application

Central Strength Member (CSM): glass fiber reinforced plastic rod (FRP), with PE sheath covering when needed.
Buffer Tube: PBT plastic material, containing 6 fibers and filled with a suitable water tightness compound.
Filler Elements: nature PP plastic rods, when needed.
Stranding: loose tubes (and fillers), SZ stranded around the CSM.
Longitudinal Water Tightness: dry core with water swellable elements.
Glass yarns: anti-rodent
Ripcord(s): 1 polyester ripcord under sheath.
Outer Sheath: PE
