Nitrogen Generation Instrument Pneumatic Skid - Combined IA and N2 Package 300SCFM

This nitrogen generation instrument pneumatic skid integrates instrument air compression, drying and on-site nitrogen generation in a single package. Designed for oil & gas, petrochemical and power plants requiring both pneumatic instrument air and nitrogen blanketing gas from one compact skid.

Integrated System Design

  • Dual output capability: delivers instrument air at 300 SCFM and nitrogen at 50 Nm3/h simultaneously
  • Compact pneumatic skid: compressor, dryer, filters and membrane nitrogen generator on one frame
  • Reliable instrument air: -40 deg F pressure dew point per ISA S7.0 standard
  • On-site nitrogen generation: eliminates cylinder logistics and supply interruptions
  • PLC integrated control: single HMI for both air and nitrogen systems
