With the continuous expansion of the depth and breadth of industrial manufacturing in China, there are many industrial products with large wall thickness and focal length that urgently need radiographic testing for butt
welds. Traditional X-ray machines can no longer meet the needs of such radiographic testing. RD-360LG is developed in the context of promoting the implementation of China's 2025 Manufacturing Power Strategy Action
Plan.

Through unremitting R&D efforts, the RD-360LG industrial X-ray machine—engineered for durability and high-energy performance—has been successfully launched. Built on the company's three decades of technical expertise, this product represents a breakthrough: a 360KV X-ray machine capable of continuous operation and exposure, with a maximum penetration depth of 80mm for Q235 steel. As Huiwei's premium high-energy flagship model, it addresses critical challenges in non-destructive testing (NDT) for special equipment in China, such as thick-walled structures and long focal length inspections, offering an optimized solution. By replacing certain application scenarios of Y192 radiation sources, it eliminates issues related to radiation source mobility and management, delivering tangible benefits to NDT institutions: reduced costs, improved efficiency, and enhanced risk control throughout the testing process. Huiwei is confident that the RD-360LG will secure a significant position in the global NDT landscape.

Primary Applications:
