Technical background
As China's industrial manufacturing continues to expand in depth and breadth, many thick, long-focal-length butt welds on industrial products are in urgent need of radiographic inspection. Traditional X-ray machines are no longer sufficient for these inspections. The RD-360LG was developed within the context of the 10-year action plan for implementing China's 2025 manufacturing power strategy. Huiwei has always adhered to the core philosophy of creating internationally competitive products. After continuous investment in research and development, the durable and powerful RD-360LG industrial X-ray machine has been launched. This product, culminating in the company's 30 years of technical experience, successfully demonstrates the company's ability to continuously expose 360kV X-rays, with a maximum penetration capability of up to 80mm thick (Q235 steel). As Huiwei's high-energy flagship model, it provides an optimal solution for the challenges of large-wall thickness and large focal length nondestructive testing of special equipment in China. It can replace the Y192 radioactive source in some applications, resolving challenges associated with source movement and application management. This provides value to nondestructive testing organizations by reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and controlling risks during the testing process.
