Circuit Breaker MTK009 Hydraulic Transfer Trolley to 12kv Switchgear


Product Introduction

Hydraulic transfer trolley (refer to as transfer trolley) is a patented product developed by the company based on the original
mechanical transfer trolley. The trolley consists of three parts: the positioning plate, cross structure and base plate. It is
featured with compact structure, easy operation and wide application. The trolley is suitable for transfer of various circuit
breakers, with width of 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm.

Its operation steps are as follows: put the breaker on the hydraulic transfer trolley, and move it to the front of switchgear
through the directional wheel and omni-directional wheel, then step on the pedals of hydraulic jack to raise the lifting
bracket with small angle, or pull the release device to enlarge the angle of the lifting bracket to decline it. Thus the
guidepost of transfer trolley is at the same level with guide hole of the cabinet, then push the trolley forward, so
that the guidepost of the trolley comes into the guide hole, operate the fixed operating rod to fix the trolley onto the
cabinet, then push the circuit breaker into the rail.
