This JOG90 variator pulley is a core CVT transmission part specially designed for Yamaha JOG90 90cc two-stroke scooters. Manufactured with high-strength forged aluminum alloy and CNC precision machining, the roller sliding tracks are polished smoothly to deliver excellent hardness and outstanding wear resistance under continuous high-speed operation.

As the front drive pulley of the CVT system, the variator can automatically change the transmission ratio while accelerating. It effectively reduces power friction loss, optimizes throttle response and brings stronger low-speed acceleration. The precisely processed roller groove prevents rollers from sticking or jamming during sliding, ensuring stable power output.
