Product Description

This MIO100 variator pulley is the front drive part of CVT transmission system, specially designed for Yamaha MIO100 100cc four-stroke scooters. Manufactured from high-strength forged aluminum alloy with CNC precision machining, the roller sliding tracks go through surface hardening treatment, providing outstanding hardness and wear resistance during long-time continuous high-speed riding.

As the key component of the CVT system, the variator automatically changes transmission ratio when accelerating. It reduces power friction loss effectively, optimizes throttle response and delivers stronger low-speed acceleration. The precisely polished roller groove ensures rollers slide smoothly without jamming, maintaining stable power output. Integrated cooling fan blades help dissipate heat generated by CVT operation, extending service life of variator and drive belt.
