Product Description

This BUXY variator pulley is the front drive part of the CVT transmission system, specially designed for BUXY 50cc two-stroke scooters. Made of high-strength forged aluminum alloy and processed by CNC precision machining, the roller sliding grooves are hardened on the surface, delivering excellent hardness and wear resistance for long-term continuous riding.

As the key CVT component, the variator automatically adjusts the transmission ratio during acceleration. It effectively cuts down power friction loss, optimizes throttle response and enhances low-speed acceleration. The finely polished roller track ensures the rollers slide smoothly without jamming, maintaining stable power output. The integrated cooling fan blades dissipate heat generated during CVT operation, preventing overheating and extending the service life of the variator and drive belt.

It can replace worn original variators to fix common problems such as belt slipping, weak acceleration, power loss and abnormal transmission noise. It is also a great option for scooter performance tuning.
