Dual-Mode Jacket One jacket for both heating (steam, thermal oil, or electric) and cooling (chilled water) — rapid temperature transitions without needing two separate vessels.
PID Temperature Control Digital PID controller with PT100 sensor — maintains setpoint within 1 C. Programmable heating/cooling ramps for multi-step process profiles.
Heavy-Duty Agitator 3 kW motor with gearbox, variable speed — handles viscosities up to 100,000 cP. Custom impeller (anchor, paddle, or turbine) to match your material.
Full Insulation 50mm rockwool with SS304 outer cladding — energy-efficient operation with safe exterior temperature.
