Product Introduction
Prestressed steel strand is a high-strength building material made from high-quality high carbon steel wire rod as raw material, which is cold drawn into steel wire through multiple processes such as acid washing, phosphating, and drawing. It is then twisted into bundles by 2-7 steel wires and finally stabilized.
Mainstream products can be divided into 1 × 7 standard type, 1 × 3 compact type, etc. according to their structure. The tensile strength can reach 1860MPa or more, the yield strength to tensile strength ratio is ≥ 0.9, and the elongation rate is ≥ 3.5%. All performance indicators comply with national standards such as GB/T 5224-2014.

- High strength density ratio: Under the same load-bearing requirements, the amount of steel used is only 1/4 of that of ordinary steel bars, greatly reducing the self weight of the structure
- High relaxation stability: After low-temperature tempering stabilization treatment, the relaxation rate after 1000 hours is ≤ 2.5%, and the long-term stress loss is small
- Excellent corrosion resistance: After surface galvanizing or epoxy coating treatment, it can serve for a long time in harsh environments such as high humidity and corrosive soil
