High Strength Prestressed Steel Strand Low Relaxation For Prestressed Concrete Anchorage
High strength prestressing steel stranded wire for prestressed concrete anchorage applications.
Product Introduction
Prestressed steel strand is made up of multiple high-strength steel wires twisted together, and after stabilization treatment, it has excellent mechanical properties. The standard specification is 7 φ 5 (7 steel wires with a diameter of 5mm), with a tensile strength of over 1860MPa, a yield strength of not less than 1670MPa, and an elongation rate of ≥ 3.5%. The product is strictly produced in accordance with the GB/T 5224-2014 standard, and the surface can be galvanized, coated with epoxy resin or treated with non bonding according to the needs, meeting the durability requirements in different environments.

Product Advantages
- Ultra high strength: The strength is 3-4 times that of ordinary steel, which can significantly reduce the self weight of the structure and reduce the amount of materials used
- Low relaxation: After stabilization treatment, the relaxation loss is ≤ 2.5%, maintaining the prestressing effect for a long time and improving structural safety
- Corrosion resistance: The special coating can resist acid, alkali, and salt erosion, making it suitable for harsh environments such as the ocean and chemical industry
- Convenient construction: Good flexibility, easy transportation and tensioning, shortened construction period, and reduced installation costs
Product Application
Widely used in bridge engineering (large-span cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridges, box girders), high-rise buildings (super high-rise shear walls, core tubes), water conservancy engineering (dams, aqueducts, water gates), geotechnical anchoring (slope support, foundation pit enclosure), and rail transit (high-speed rail box girders, subway shield tunnel segments) and other fields. With outstanding performance, it has become the core load-bearing component of modern prestressed concrete structures, helping to achieve engineering design goals of large span, lightweight, and durability.
