Prestressed steel strands are manufactured from high carbon steel wire rods through processes including acid washing, phosphating, cold drawing, twisting, and stabilization treatment. Each bundle contains 2-7 steel wires with a diameter range of 9.53mm-21.6mm. The product strictly adheres to the GB/T 5224-2014 standard, featuring a yield strength of ≥ 1860MPa and maximum total elongation of ≥ 3.5%, with core properties of high strength and low relaxation. Surface treatments such as galvanizing and epoxy coating are available to meet requirements in various corrosive environments.

Widely used in bridge engineering (large-span cable-stayed bridges, suspension bridge box girders), high-rise buildings (super core tubes, transfer layer structures), water conservancy facilities (dam bodies, prestressed anchoring of aqueducts), rail transit (ballastless track slabs of high-speed railways, shield tunnel segments), and geotechnical anchoring (slope support, foundation pit anchoring). This product serves as the core load-bearing component of modern prestressed concrete structures.
Our steel wire rope meets international production standards and has obtained multiple certifications including SGS, CE, ISO, and others.
