The tire shredder adopts dual-axis drive technology, and the two-axis knives are staggered and interlocked. The tire is decomposed by rolling shearing, which reduces jamming and improves crushing stability.
The moving knife and fixed knife of the tire shredder are made of SKD11 material imported from Japan, with a hardness of HRC60° or above, supporting two-sided knife replacement and repeated repairs, and a service life of more than 1,000 tons of processing capacity.
