The tire shredder adopts dual-axis drive technology, and the two-axis knives are staggered and interlocked. The tire is decomposed by rolling shearing, which reduces jamming and improves crushing stability.
The moving knife and fixed knife of the tire shredder are made of SKD11 material imported from Japan, with a hardness of HRC60° or above, supporting two-sided knife replacement and repeated repairs, and a service life of more than 1,000 tons of processing capacity.
The tire shredder adopts a modular knife disc design to facilitate rapid replacement of knives, and is equipped with a hydraulic forced feeding system to ensure continuous and efficient feeding of large tires.
The tire shredder can process steel wire tires (including mouth wire) with a diameter of ≤2000mm, without pre-cutting or removing steel wire, and is suitable for various types such as bias tires and radial tires.
The tire shredder has a processing capacity of 200-10000kg/h, and the dual-axis collaboration disperses the single-axis pressure, reduces energy consumption and extends the life of the equipment.
The tire recycling line can effectively realize the automatic separation of materials such as rubber, steel wire, nylon fiber,

I. Core processing equipment
1. Tire shredder
Adopting dual-axis or multi-axis alloy cutters for low-speed shearing (5-13 rpm), it can directly process whole tires containing steel wires (diameter ≤2000mm) and produce 50-150mm rubber strips.
The modular cutter disc design supports rapid replacement, and the hydraulic forced feeding system ensures processing efficiency.
2. Steel wire separator
Through magnetic separation or vibration screening technology, the shredded rubber is separated from the steel wire, and the steel wire recovery rate can reach more than 98%.
3. Rubber crushing/grinding unit
Secondary processing equipment, further crushing the rubber blocks into 1-20mm particles, and some models are equipped with freezing technology to increase the fine powder output rate.
II. Auxiliary equipment
1. Tire ring cutting machine: pre-treatment equipment used to cut off the steel wire of the tire ring to improve the efficiency of subsequent processing. 2. Fiber sorting machine: removes the fibers of the tire cord layer to ensure the purity of the rubber powder.
Dust removal system: integrated bag dust removal and activated carbon adsorption, dust emission ≤20mg/m³.
