3. Production Process
- 3T Hydraulic Uncoiler → Leveling → Roll Forming Machine → Flying Spot Welding → Flying Sawing
- The line feeds steel through the uncoiler, where it’s leveled before forming into step beams. The material undergoes precise spot welding for structural strength and is then cut to the desired length with high-speed carbide-tipped saw blades, ensuring high-quality output.
