OEM / ODM Suggestion :
1. Cooling Capacity Matching: Calculate heat load based on total power consumption of internal components (add 30% redundancy). For high-density equipment (>200W/rack unit), select inverter-type air conditioners with 1000-5000W cooling capacity.
2. Cabinet Material & Sealing: Use 2mm cold-rolled steel with powder coating (indoor) or 304 stainless steel (outdoor). Ensure IP54/IP55 rating with foam gaskets on door edges to prevent hot air infiltration.
3. Air Conditioner Installation: Mount AC units at bottom (for floor-standing cabinets) or top (wall-mounted) to form vertical airflow. Reserve 150mm clearance around the unit for maintenance and airflow.
4. Thermal Management Accessories: Integrate temperature sensors (with alarm function), variable-speed fans, and insulation panels (for outdoor models). Use perforated mounting plates to optimize airflow distribution.
5. Power and Control Integration: Include dedicated AC power supply circuit (16A breaker), remote monitoring interface (Modbus/RJ45), and emergency shutdown switch. For outdoor use, add surge protection devices (SPD).
