Product description

As one of the most important molybdenum accessories for the thermal field of single crystal growth furnaces, molybdenum hammer is mainly used to connect tungsten wire ropes and seeding chucks in an environment around 1450°C. It ensures that the wire ropes are stretched vertically during the pull-up process to prevent deflection and centrifugal movement of the wire ropes. Our molybdenum hammer uses raw materials from well-known domestic companies, and the finished hammer features a smooth surface, no broken screw thread, high finish, shape and position tolerance within the scope of the requirements (CMM). Generally, the size of molybdenum hammers differ due to the size of the furnace, and some single crystal furnace hammers are made of stainless steel 304/316L and molybdenum-antimony alloy.
