Molybdenum screws are mainly used in the high temperature vacuum environments. Our company produces three head types of molybdenum screw in both ANSI and metric sizes, including fillister, pan and flat. We produce molybdenum screws in standard lengths or in custom lengths and features.

The forged products of Achemetal Tungsten & Molybdenum Co., Ltd. include tungsten, molybdenum, TZM, high-temperature MoLa and other metals of which all the raw materials are high-purity powder, featuring less impurity content in bar blanks, high sintering density and large deformation of the forged finished products. We lay emphasis on the control over forging technologies in the machining process, which is supplemented by a hot isostatic pressing (HIP) process as necessary, to ensure the characteristics of high density, fine crystal grains and easy deep processing of products.
