Production Process Overview
NPK raw materials including urea, phosphate, potassium chloride, and others are precisely weighed via an automatic batching system and uniformly mixed. The materials are then fed into a drum granulator with intelligent binder spraying. After granulation, materials undergo high-efficiency drying, cooling, and double-layer precision screening. Oversized particles are crushed for recycling, while qualified granules enter automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), fully complying with GB/T 15063-2020 standards.
Application Scope
Designed for regional leading fertilizer enterprises, large-scale agricultural planting bases, and agricultural input distributors. This production line produces customized NPK compound fertilizer formulations (such as 15-15-15, 18-9-18) for grains, fruits, vegetables, and cash crops, meeting diverse soil fertility requirements and crop nutrient demands.
