Production Process Overview
NPK raw materials including urea, ammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride are precisely weighed using a high-precision automatic batching system. After uniform mixing, materials are fed into a large-scale drum granulator with intelligent atomized binder spraying. Following granulation, materials undergo energy-efficient drying, cooling, and triple-layer precision screening. Oversized particles are crushed for recycling, while qualified granules proceed to automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), fully compliant with GB/T 15063-2020 standards.
