Production Process Overview
NPK raw materials (urea, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, etc.) are automatically weighed via high-precision batching system, uniformly mixed, then fed into drum granulator with intelligent atomized binder spraying. After granulation, materials undergo energy-saving drying, cooling, and double-layer precision screening—oversized particles are crushed for recycling, qualified granules enter automatic packaging (20-50kg/bag), fully complying with GB/T 15063-2020.

Designed for industrial fertilizer enterprises, large-scale agricultural planting bases, and inter-regional agricultural input suppliers.
